Democracy in Action has worked for protection of water. The proposed Pennington County Septic Ordinance (download draft here) will be discussed at a series of public meetings sponsored by Planning and Zoning. All six public meetings will run from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

This ordinance protects water and supports homeowners who want ensure their property investment AND their neighborhood with well-maintained septic systems.
